Situated at the foothills of the Mt. Hengill volcano, only 35 km from Reykjavik in the beautiful tectonic rift valley at Nesjavellir, is the Adrenalin High Rope Course where the ultimate fun challenge awaits you.
The rope course consists of 50 obstacles with three levels at heights of 1 m, 5 m and 10 m, along with the exhilarating Giant Swing.
After 20 min. of introduction and training session you can try out any of the 50 traverses that are designed to entertain and challenge participants. Try our hourglass, slackline at 10 metres, islands in the sky or deep buckets, to name a few. Conquer them all if you can, and fly through the air on the zip line.
All adventures are led by our well-qualified guides who will be there for you every step of the way. Everything you need including harness and helmet is provided.
And afterwards you can dip your toes into the hot creek that runs past the ropes course – a perfect end to an exciting day.

What to bring:
Need to be dressed to be outside for three hours - warm clothing, rain and wind jacket, gloves, hat

The Adventure Park is located in the rift valley at Nesjavellir, about 1 km from the Nesjavellir geothermal power plant.
The Adventure Park is about 29 km from Reykjavik.
The shortest route to the park is to drive the scenic route via the Mt. Hengill volcano.
Take Route 1 (South Iceland), and turn left onto the Nesjavellir road 431 / 435, about 2 km after driving past the last buildings in Reykjavik. Drive along road 431 / 435 for 27 km and turn right on road 360. Drive 1 km and turn right again for the driveway towards the geothermal power station and the Adventure Park.
We are on the left side of the valley, opposite the Ion Hotel.
